    • Amazing Hands Massage reserves the right to refuse to administer services at their sole discretion.
   • Amazing Hands Massage shall ensure each Massage Therapist and Esthetician employee is responsible for complying with requirements and meeting Amazing Hands Massage professional standards.
   • Amazing Hands Massage shall ensure no illicit sexual solicitation or sexually suggestive behavior, remarks or advances are made by any customer.
   • Amazing Hands Massage shall ensure the immediate termination of the session of any illicit sexual solicitation and affected customer shall be liable for payment of the scheduled service.
   • Amazing Hands Massage Estheticians and Massage Therapists do not diagnose illness, disease, or physical or mental disorders, nor do they prescribe medical treatments, pharmaceuticals, or perform spinal manipulations or skeletal adjustments and that nothing said in the course of the session given should be     construed as such.
   • Amazing Hands Massage shall require payment before services are rendered.
   • Amazing Hands Massage advices all customers to understand that they are paying for a treatment and not a result and that there will be no returns, refund or exchanges.
   • Amazing Hands Massage requires photo identification for all credit card transaction or payment.
